The Cobweb is a monthly podcast about nature, peace and creativity, inspired by the human experience and our place within the natural world. Many of the problems we face today stem from a broken connection with nature - we have forgotten how to live slowly and sustainably, how to take only what we need and share the planet with other species as equals.
Through conversations with other writers, artists, musicians, photographers and activists, this podcast explores how we can reconnect with nature for our own wellbeing and the future of our planet. It may also feature mulled cider, ancient gods, stars, dogs, birds, books, firesides and pub gardens. The title was inspired by the webs woven by spiders, strong, fragile, patient and glittering, connecting leaf to earth, stone to star.
